In which countries is the iPhone 13 the cheapest and where the most expensive?

The official prices for the new iPhone range are now known and again there are big differences between the countries where it is for sale.

From September 24, the new iPhones will be on sale. A new list of prices in different countries shows where iPhone 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max are cheapest – and where most expensive.

Huge difference on the American continent

The website “Nukeni” has compared the prices in all countries where the iPhone 13 is available directly from Apple. Like last year, the iPhone 13 is again cheapest in the US. US Americans can get the iPhone 13 mini for as little as 799 US dollars (about 617 euros). However, in most US states there is still the so-called “sales tax”, which corresponds to the local value-added tax. In California, the tax is 7.25 percent, which means that the iPhone 13 mini has to pay an additional 69 USD (59 Euros). With a total of 666 Euros, the device is therefore more expensive in California than in Hong Kong, for example, which has no sales tax. Here, the 13 mini costs 652 euros. However, there are also US states without sales tax, so the US is still in first place. The other variants of the iPhone 13 in all storage versions are also cheapest in the States.

On the other side of the spectrum, as in the previous year, is Brazil, which, with a few exceptions, has the most expensive iPhone 13 prices in the world. The iPhone 13 Pro Max with 1 TB costs a crazy 2500 euros there – almost twice as much as in the US (1353 euros). But Apple also pays well in Turkey, where the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max in the 128 GB and 256 GB versions as well as the iPhone 13 mini with 128 GB are the most expensive.

In Germany, the iPhone 13 mini with 128 GB starts at 799 Euros. The device is most expensive in Europe in Sweden, where it costs 847 Euros. Switzerland comes off as the cheapest European country, where the iPhone 13 mini costs only 717 Euros.

The iPhone 13 Pro Max with 1 TB is available in Germany for 1829 Euros. Again, Sweden is the most expensive country in Europe with 1990 Euros. However, Austria gets off really cheaply, where the iPhone 13 Pro Max with 1 TB only costs 1687 Euros.
